When you transition your body to suit your mind, it is a visual experience as much it is physical. The physicality of a trans person is determined by not just their need to belong to a specific gender - it is also a rejection of a pre-assigned biology. However there are those who have settled in the middle ground. And despite being in this uncanny valley of gender, they have found a position and a machinery to invoke desire. Electric Trans is a celebration of this erotic tension that the body and the materiality of the screen and technology manages to hold.
This project uses the very beautiful cam model Bella_Donna_X as the centre of the artistic project and gesture.
